The Techmazing Heating and Cooling story begins with our founder, Michael Dermer. Working in the corporate restaurant business, Michael became increasingly disillusioned with the behavior of many service companies. Unethical operators often lowballed quotes, pushed unnecessary services, and refused to honor warranties and stand by their work. After 28 years, it was time for a change.
In 2014, Michael established Trust Gaskets, Inc. in his hometown of Loganville, GA, determined to provide a higher level of service. The response was immediate, and customers quickly began requesting HVAC and refrigeration services as well. Michael soon joined with his longtime colleague, Kenny Brown, to meet the growing need and began expanding the business. Soon thereafter, Techmazing Heating and Cooling was born.
