In 2014, he founded Trust Heating and Air, driven by a passion for honest service and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Under Michael’s leadership, the company quickly became known for its integrity, reliability, and personal touch. In 2025, the business underwent a strategic rebrand to Techmazing Heating and Air—a name that reflects its growth, technical innovation, and continued promise to deliver “amazing” service while staying grounded in the same core values.
Michael has lived in the community for over 20 years, where he has proudly raised his three children. His deep roots in the area are reflected not only in his business but in his strong commitment to giving back to the people and places that have shaped his journey.
Michael’s impact extends far beyond HVAC. He is a passionate community advocate, actively involved in:
- Supporting local high schools, charities, and local youth sports.
- Member of the Loganville Rotary Club, past member of the Loganville Development Authority
- Advisory Board Member at Athens Technical College, helping guide the next generation of skilled tradespeople
- Active participant in both the Walton and Gwinnett Chambers of Commerce

Kenny Brown

With deep roots in the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing trades, he has dedicated his career to delivering dependable solutions that keep families comfortable and businesses running smoothly. His approach blends hands-on experience with a commitment to innovation, ensuring that Techmazing stays ahead of industry standards while maintaining the personal touch that customers appreciate.
As a leader, Kenny believes in creating a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to grow. He recognizes that the success of Techmazing isn’t just measured by the services provided, but by the relationships built—with customers, team members, and the community. Outside of business, Kenny is a devoted father and husband, who finds his greatest inspiration in family. Brandon Posey

Brandon Posey has been a dedicated member of the company since 2016, beginning his career when it was formerly known as Trust. Today, he serves as Operations Manager at Techmazing, where he helps lead a team committed to excellence in every aspect of service. With a background in preventative maintenance, refrigeration, and residential service and sales, Brandon brings both technical expertise and leadership skills that support customers and technicians alike. At Techmazing, he upholds the highest standards of precision, quality, and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys life in Loganville with his wife and their
two children.
